Winter Wonderland Wedding Update




Azizi and Matt's Winter Wonderland is approaching fast. Tiffini at Four Sisters Catering has been hard at work putting the final touches on the big day. The menu is a wonderful spread fit for a king and his queen with a Mediterranean influence and a magical fare. Here's a sneak peak of what the cuisine for their big day looks like.

Appetizer's
Four Sisters Feta Rolls- Sun-dried tomatoes, calamata olives, cream cheese and feta cheese rolled in walnuts
Mediterranean Grape Leaves

Mediterranean Meat Sticks-Homemade butter crust stuffed with meat and pine nuts
Shrimp Remoulade Canapes


Entrees

Beef Tenderloin-served with a shiitake mushroom wine cabernet sauce

Roasted Shallot Grilled Chicken-served with a shallot sherry wine sauce
Fresh Garden Salad-Mandarin oranges, cranberries and sugar-frosted walnuts
Rice Pilaf

Fresh Asparagus-dipped in a lemon butter sauce

These are just a few of the fabulous dishes to be served at Matt and Azizi's wedding. We can't give away too much.

Cake

The wedding cake is the bride's favorite. A scrumptious carrot cake with a homemade cream cheese icing prepared and designed by Sweet Secrets Cake Shop.




And after dinner and dancing the couple will be whisked away in a stretch limo by Elegant Limousines.
