Spice of Life Catering offers sneak menu of new trend




So the wonderful Jessica at Spice of Life Catering sent us some awesome ideas and trends of what today's brides are requesting-a classic steakhouse buffet dinner.

Reception Fare
A Heaping Bowl of Chilled Gulf Shrimp, presented with Traditional Red Cocktail Sauce and Creole Rémoulade Dip

Butler Passed Hot Hors d’oeuvres, to include:

-Baked Mushroom Caps filled with Deviled Crab Stuffing
-White Chicken Bites wrapped with Peppered Bacon

Dinner Buffet
An oversized Garden salad of Crisp Romaine and Delicate field greens with Teardrop Tomatoes, Half Moon Cucumbers, and side bowls of fancy croutons and Crumbled Bleu Cheese…
