The Cake Shop welcomes new pastry chefs

San Antonio Weddings and The Wedding Lady would like to welcome The Cake Shop's newest pastry chefs, Michael and Amanda Joyner--a husband-and-wife team whose speciality is perfecting delicious recipes for all of us to enjoy. 


One of the most fun parts of planning a wedding is shopping for the cake. Not only do you get to look at pretty and fun designs, but you can schedule tastings (in my opinion the best part) with several bakeries and have a day full of sampling goodies. 


But before you venture out to do your research, know this. First off, there is a difference on who makes your cake. Are they a baker or pastry chef? What's the difference? Well, this article here explains it best. 


With that said think about it do you want just another cake or do you want it to be absolutely fabulous for the palate and the eye? Well.. if you prefer the latter, then you definitely have to call The Cake Shop. They're stuff is soooooo good.


And not only are they super moist and delicious, they're always looking for ways to make things better. They have a large selection of flavors and designs for you to get inspired. And they also create sugar-free cakes, gluten-free cakes, dairy and egg-free cakes and vegetarian specialties (a huge deal for those who need something tasty and diet-specific).
